BEHIND THE LINES

2005 – Present

This was the first discovery of sum ink in 2005. I obsessively drew iconography of the Japanese landscape and the perverse undertones that permeate the society.  Edging the line between erotic and playful these works represent the ongoing compulsive tendencies to illustrate whats on my mind. I’ve carried this series throughout many places and continue to elaborate on the idea that some things actually are black and white.
