Styled after a journey of self discovery, this menswear collection from Japanese fashion label Trove was introduced with a series of vintage photo print designed “postcards” packed and sent in a fold-able paper version of one of the brands most popular bag styles. In collaboration with Peter Martin of Park Tokyo, the shoot was cast, sets were designed and good times rolled right on film.
Topman Japan had us create a catchy campaign that best delivered the message of the new low pricing strategy of TOPMAN. The campaign was titled “Hello! Good Buy!” and was introduced through in store events held throughout all of the TOPMAN Japan locations. This was the first time such a campaign was written by a TOPMAN / TOPSHOP international retail partner, and the results achieved were well beyond the foretasted success.

With futuristic 30-ft walls of LED plasma displaying adverts for art installations in the 1st floor gallery, black marble floors, black and burgundy interiors designed by French architect Laur Meyrieux, concierge desk, and mega brand pieces from Marc Jacobs, Balenciaga, McQueen, Yves Saint Laurent and a range of Chanel bags that are unique to this store. This is only the second boutique outside Chanel’s own stores Karl Lagerfeld has bestowed this honour upon.
The ground floor Gallery was infused with the artwork and fashion of Rikki Kasso in cooperation with an exclusive Tokyo Fashion Week Collection installation by Mihara Yasuhiro. Large scale ink paintings on wood and paper floated on the walls, beautiful acrylic mounted photo prints hung beside the cryptic collaboration art print t-shirts. The exhibition also marked the pre-release of “Tokyo” – a 280 page lyrical photo bible of Rikki Kasso’s infamous photos of Tokyo life. A pre-release book signing was held on the opening night. The month long exhibition marked the start of Tokyo Fashion Week and hosted thousands of international visitors and fashion aficionados.

Uslu Airlines Street Chic Beauty Boutique and Nail Bar
In collaboration with Hamish Glianos of PEOPLE Hairdressing, we created an an all around pop up concept beauty salon and boutique in Surry Hills, Sydney. A flagship shop and beauty center for the Uslu Airlines cosmetic range and the Rikki Kasso fashion collectibles. The Cocktails and Nails art bar installation offers unique nail art patterns and top of the line manicures that finish the total street chic look.

Located in Sydney’s Bondi Junction at the Westfield Shopping Center for The Eastern Hotel, I created the Goodtime Burger brand concept, design, execution and advertising that brought the concept in to reality! Now celebrating its 3rd year anniversary and successfully holding a top spot in the Sydney burger boom. It’s safe to say that the mark was made and the ground was laid for successful idea that was brought to life.
